Subject: Formal Request for Change of Subjects

Respected Sir,

I respectfully submit this application to request a change in my subject combination. I am currently studying in Class B11 , bearing Roll Number 202531.

At present, I am enrolled in the following subjects: Physics,chemistery and bilogy After a thorough period of academic engagement and self-assessment, I have come to the conclusion that the subject of biology does not align effectively with my academic strengths, interests, and long-term educational objectives. I have consulted my subject teachers and parents regarding this matter, and based on their guidance and my own introspection, I wish to opt for mathematics in place of the current biology for the academic session 2025-2026.

There are several academic reasons motivating this decision. Firstly, my aptitude and interest have shown a stronger inclination toward mathematics , as reflected in my previous performance and ongoing curiosity in the field. Secondly, the subject I wish to switch to is more relevant to my intended academic and career path to engineering, , and acquiring a foundation in it at this stage would be highly beneficial. Additionally, I have encountered considerable difficulty in coping with biology, despite consistent efforts and additional support.

I am fully aware of the academic implications of making such a transition mid-session. I take complete responsibility for bridging any learning gaps that may arise due to this change. I am prepared to take extra classes, undergo assessments, or submit assignments to demonstrate my commitment to the new subject and to ensure that my academic performance remains uncompromised.

Therefore, I humbly request you to kindly consider my application favorably and grant me permission to revise my subject combination at the earliest possible convenience. I shall remain sincerely grateful for your support and understanding.
