I humbly ) state that a fine has been imposed on me due to my recent absence from college. I am a dedicated student of F.Sc. in Pre-medical Part-I. I had to miss college from 18-03-2023 to 25-03-2023 due to my sudden departure to Karachi to get my father checked in Agha Khan Hospital for liver treatment. I understand the importance of regular attendance and the college's policies regarding absences.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience my absence may have caused and take full responsibility for my actions. I assure you that it was an unavoidable circumstance beyond my control. During my absence, I have made efforts to catch up on missed assignments and study materials to minimize the impact on my education.

I kindly request your leniency in considering my situation and remitting the absence fine. Attached to this letter is relevant documentation to support my request and provide clarification regarding my absence.
